Handsome I.P. was founded in 2008. We provide Intellectual Property services to Attorneys, SMEs and Start-ups in the UK, Europe and internationally. We strive to provide a high quality, on-time, trustworthy service, going the extra mile for our clients. This need not be expensive; it's just a mental attitude we have. In fact, our prices are quite competitive, especially when compared with large London firms. Practice areas
Trademarks – we advise on and handle the filing, examination, exploitation, infringement and defence of UK, EU and Madrid trademarks. We handle searching, oppositions, invalidations, revocations, licensing, co-existence agreements and renewals to name but a few.
Patents – we advise on and handle the filing, examination, registration, renewal, exploitation, infringement and defence of UK, European and PCT patent applications. We write patent specifications in all subjects and offer novelty and FTO searches.
Registered Designs - we advise on and handle the filing, registration, renewal, examination, exploitation, infringement and defence of UK, EU and Hague Registered Designs. We also offer searches and prepare the drawings.
